It is our policy to avoid any conflicts of interest when providing business services to our clients. However, if an unavoidable conflict arises, we will advise you of this before proceeding to provide any business service

Codes of Conduct
CRC Nationwide Loss Assessors Ltd. shall ensure that we:

Act honestly and fairly in conducting our business activities in the best interests of our clients and the integrity of the market
Act with due skill, care and diligence in the best interests of our clients and the integrity of the market
Have and employ effectively the resources that are necessary for the proper performance of our business activities
Make adequate disclosure of relevant material information in our dealings with our clients
Make a reasonable effort to avoid conflicts of interest and when they can be avoided, ensure that our customers are treated fairly
Comply with the letter and spirit of all regulatory requirements applicable to the conduct of our business activities so as to promote the best interests or our clients and the integrity of the market

Fee Policy
CRC Nationwide Loss Assessors Ltd. is remunerated by a professional fee for the work, activity and time spent in providing the best terms, advice and service for your specific needs. Our fees are based on a percentage of the settlement achieved and are agreed with you at an early stage of our involvement. We do not charge for initial consultation. We reserve the right to amend our fees should the complexity of the service require a higher fee. We will confirm and agree this fee with you prior to any increased charge being applied. We will seek legal redress to receive any payments due to us for business services provided in the event of a default in payment.

Complaints Procedure
It is the policy of CRC Nationwide Loss Assessors Ltd. to ensure that our customer complaints are dealt with fairly and timely and the problems are resolved as quickly as possible. A complaints log will be set up in the office and any written or oral complaints will be recorded in the log. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 5 working days. We will fully investigate the complaint. On completion of our investigation we will give you a written response of the outcome. If you are not satisfied with our handling of, or response to your complaint, you are entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Services Ombudsman Bureau at 3rd Floor, Lincoln House, Lincoln Place, Dublin 2. Data Protection
Under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1988 and 2003, CRC Nationwide Loss Assessors Ltd. will collect your personal details in order to provide the highest standard of service to you. We take great care with the information provided, taking steps to ensure it is only used for legitimate purposes. To fulfil these objectives, we may share information with other affiliated professionals. You have the right at any time to request a copy of any “personal data” within the meaning of the Data Protection Act that our office holds about you and to have any inaccuracies in the information corrected.

Consumer Protection
CRC Nationwide Loss Assessors Ltd. holds professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the Central Bank of Ireland’s requirements

Governing Law
Our terms of business shall be governed by and construed in all respects according to the laws of the Republic of Ireland
